I was just looking at the title of this thread, and although the OP is correct in that "brakes" is spelled thusly, there is actually nothing incorrect about the spelling of "breaks", is there?

Hmmmm seems many hubbers did not go on leave over Christmas for a well needed BREAK or have not had a leg over in a while. There are folks here who did not take english as a first language at school. I would really love it if we forced all hubbers to write in Afrikaans or dare I say it Zulu just for a day. Then we will see some lovely spelling .... probably a severe decrease in the number of threads and people participating in threads. Get over it folks this is the internet not an english grammar class.

for god sakes, how hard is it to get the spelling of BRAKES right?!?!?!

i'm going to flip if i have to see one more post where the person is selling, tuning, setting up, or running in his;

breaks - https://www.bikehub.co.za/classifieds/18491-giant-nrs2-185-inch/

breakes - https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/111673-disc-breakes-issues/page__pid__1561775#entry1561775

heck, my 1st language isn't even english and even I know how to spell it!!

to BRAKE = to stop

to Break = is to render something unusable, ie. when your gardener looks at the lawnmower and says; eish, she's broken!

KNOW the difference fools!!!

I see you linked to my topic about disc brake issues. In all fairness, I did type an EDIT note right away in the first post saying that I'm sorry for the misspelled title, but I am unable to fix it via Tapatalk.

I hope that your breathing can now return to normal and you can put on a dry panty.
