The srevice from these guys is fantastic !

used them a few times , my last order was this week . placed it on monday morning and it was at my office on tuesday morning, it would take me longer in Jhb to make the time to get out of work to go to a local shop.

Thank CWC .

Big thanks to CWC. Ordered a bunch of stuff yesterday afternoon 15:00 ish.... got confirmation of order before 17:00, package delivered to my office before 08:00 this morning...excellent turnaround time.

Comparing the CWC prices to my LBS just makes me want to cry, how can they justify such ridiculous mark ups? The claim that online stores don't have overheads like shop rental is BS cause CWC have a store and sell it all at the same price. Why do we all put up with being ripped off so mercilessly?

Have ordered loads of stuff from them, must say I do not have a single complaint about service or prices, keep it up chaps!!

I worked for CWC (Old Store in Bellville) a good many moons ago shortly after I had left school. It was also how I was introduced to cycling.

CWC has always been service driven with a strong focus on ensuring the Client gets the best service at a good and sometimes I would think a far too good a price.

As with any business where there are people are involved, mistakes will happen. It is only the better businesses that will make sure that when it does happen they make good for the errors and then do their utmost to ensure it never happens again. CWC does this.

Good on them and I wish them well in the business being in it's second generation of "Willemse" ownership and a big thanks to them again for taking me on back then. not knowing cycling and helping me to learn and get into a sport that has become a big part of my life.

P.S ... CWC jnr / snr it would be interesting to see if you know who I am using this "user name" :)

stock and range seems to be a problem, but otherwise my experiences have been OK.

I agree. It would be more useful to only show search results for items in stock like some other sites do.

did you compare the same year and make? Yaaa, I also think how do they do it and I smell a rat. Taxes should apply the same to online/lbs's, so how do they do it? Still won't support them. They're in that Cajees domain in my eyes.

Hi Cervelo. I do not understand what you mean by taxes must be the same for online stores and LBS. You are correct. The import taxes are the same for everyone. But let me teach you something if I am allowed too. There is NO import tax on any cycle components, only on complete bikes - which we do not import, clothing , shoes and helmets. So I do not understand what you mean by smelling a rat.
