Anyone done it before? Idea on route?

And solved by doing a cookies clear and so and and so forth. Lourensford it is.

 

So who's done one and survived to tell the story? Will be doing this with a team mate. I believe if the Good Lord wanted me to run he wouldn't have created single track.

I don't understand the question?! Could you perhaps be referring to those people going against the stream, bike-less, smile-less, greet-less..desperately looking for where they lost their bikes? I have often wondered about them.

Iv done it the last 2 years in a row, nice event... if at zevenwacht again: short course 2 loops on bike, lots of climbing 1 single track section which is fun, 1 very sandy section. the run starts with long down hill then you turn and come back u the hill to the transition area - steep climb at the end.

This seems cool! How many of these off road duathlon events takes place around here per year? Hopefully not just this one

I did the Clanwilliam Duathlon last year, which was nice. There doesn't seem to be too many Duathlons in the Western Cape.

Keen to do the Zevenwacht one, just waiting for entries to open.
