- is it price

- is it for greater variety

- or is it because your lbs don't stock what you want

I shop online because I have fear of the outside world and online shopping lets me remain in the comfort of my own home.

 

I only go online if the lbs doesn't have what I'm looking for, but I prefer the lbs by far, especially if you need to try things on.

One LBS in Claremont has extremely slow service. Huge variety but why must I wait in the store for ages???

 

I support the other LBS just up the road and if they are much more expensive I will order online.

 

But the best thing to do is get prices from online stores and see if the lbs will beat that price. No need to kick your lbs (by never supporting them if they actually want you as a customer) as they are very helpful when needed!!!

Yes... x4... but also because it's fun to do the online research, fill a shopping cart, read the other buyers reviews... it's also fun tracking your shipment online and when it finally arrives it's like a big O.....

It's even more fun to walk into a store, lay down some cash, and walk out with your new toys. I hate waiting for days or weeks for stuff to arrive.

And when it arrives there is something wrong with the order or it's faulty and then you have to wait days again for the problem to be rectified. I am very impatient if I want something I would rather pay a little extra and receive it immediately
