Seeker911 Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 Very sad indeed. Infuriating is the R5000 bail for murdering someone. Why not R500K ? Clearly the lack of law enforcement seems to be a major problem in Secunda and every where else. Sadly a very believable situation where we as tax payers are failed yet again by a government who simply dont care.

If they were drag racing i think they are pretty much toast, about 20 different things they can and will be charged with including murder. Manslaugther is reserved for legally obiding citizens that make an accident. If you are dragging on public roads its straight out murder.

eugenejvn Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 Husband of Christelle, Richard, is my best mate and I can tell you guys that they were one great couple. Christelle was a dear friend of mine as well. She will be missed as she touched so many lives in her live on earth, but she is now at a better place with our Heavenly Father. Peace to Richard, family and friends!
