I ask this as I did with my last bonti wheel warrantee issue and they were great, I even got a follow up call a few weeks after receiving the wheelset asking if I was happy with the wheelset and that everything was in order. Hairy, I submitted the claim through my LBS but then got a call within hours from the local agent saying that they had received the claim and outlined the process from there. They (Andrea) kept me in the loop daily as to the progress of the claim and within 8 days of the initial claim the replacement frame landed from the States in Cape Town. Bike is being built NOW!
