Anyone know the deal with doing a double? I assume if you get round the course before the last batch goes then you can join in with them. Do you miss / avoid the timing mats on the 2nd round so as not to get k*k? ie Cannot have 2 sets of results, anyone done this and is it worth the effort, I know the Choc cows do it but that is all arranged up front - Cheers

we had to complete a double lap indemnity and we have to remove our chips before we start the second lap. And yes, you have to start your second lap in one of the batches (you can't do a second lap if you arive at the starting line after the last batch started...)

Live tracking of 94.7 for Android phones.

If you would like to share your 94.7 experience with your family and see how you compare against your friends check out Nevarest Tracking on http://www.hawk-stone.com/nevarest (site hopefully be moved to it's own url over the next week but we will keep this address up too. If you would like to see what you will get I have a simulation running now (2:30pm). Login using your Facebook account (this will connect you to your Facebook friends) and select 'view results' on any of the items in the news feed. If your feed is empty select 'Events' and then the 94.7 simulation.

The reason for the Facebook is that the app will post your progress to Facebook. Check out http://www.facebook.com/rory.mapstone.5 to get an idea of what to expect.

There are some snags with the web site (particularly Safari which requires cached stuff to be cleared before drawing a map) but these will be resolved by the end of the week. The app will be on the market (for free) in the next dat or two depending on how this testing goes.

A question to the Pro's out there, how much training should I be doing this week, when do I stop or slow down?

Not a Pro by any means, but I reckon this week is more about staying off your feet and eating right more than pushing it.

Do you get these forms at registration. This is one thing where the Argus sucks big time. They do not allow this.

Training should be complete. No more exertion.

Light spins.

Good food.

You are asking the Pro's, even so as a non pro my advice would be.

A nice easy light gear spin tomorrow and Thursday.

Saturday morning you can take an easy half an hour spin around your neighborhood.
