Squier Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Really enjoyed it! Was nice to see some of the behind the scene stuff like the team chats in the bus. And yes, Jens Voight is a legend! He was, and still is, the best part of that team. It was clear that when they made the documentary they were really convinced they were going to win. It was supposed to be a documentary on their 2011 triumph and then Cadel came and screwed it all up! Still not a Schleck fan, but still really enjoyed what was a different point of view of the Tour and Pro tour teams.Nice insert on Wouter Weylandt as well.

Wrigs Posted June 27, 2012 Author Posted June 27, 2012 Unfortunately both Schlecks have had a poor start to 2012 and Andy is sitting this TDF out with an injury.
Wrigs Posted June 27, 2012 Author Posted June 27, 2012 It also is a TDF course that doesn't favour the Schlecks strong climbing style. There are fewer large mountain stages and 2 time trials and a prologue an area that the Schlecks are not strong.
jcza Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 I thought it was fantastic but I'm afraid until the Schlecks learn how to time trial they will not win the TDF. Looking for ward to this years' race and I think we may see a surprise with Andy & Alberto out.
