There seems to be a bit of a storm brewing about this, as it is ok to cheat "break the rules" because everyone else is and as long as you do not get caught. And his response was along the lines, 6 different judges did not say anything, so it must be ok. He knowingly broke the rules. He cheated. Thumbs down.
