Tuna salad with apple and white cheddar. I did add some C&B mayo(not sure if it's naughty) and my large water intake.

Chicken sosatie and avo with two table spoons of philli cream cheese. 1l water. This is my second liter for the day.

unfortunately it's the weekends that get me :(

 

And I've only just started riding again after the rib incident. Even tried gymming while I was off... Nuh-uh.
