Weetpix with sweetener at 5:45am. Get to work at 6:45 and have a yogurt and fruit. At 10ish another fruit (apple and banana today). Round 12 two slices wholewheat breat with penutbutter.. :drool: . Seeing as I do the cooking, its fish and vegetables tonight.....

 

Tomorrow - repeat with some variances...................

Today I'm making 3 cheeses chicken wraps.

Haloomi(however you spell it), with feta cheese and cheddar cheese, the haloomi is fried. Then some grilled chicken strips, lettuce, Mayo and peppers with tomato.

3 slices of Woolworths Low GI brown bread with some Apricot jam

4 Apples

All consumed during the day
