if they send it royal mail, you may be waiting a very long time! (5 weeks - infinity)

on avg its taken us 3 to 4 weeks .

 

We have order lank from them many times .

I placed an order, normal shipping with no tracking, on 6 September, was dispatched on 7 September, arrived 19 September. Was very happy. I was a bit stressed about it arriving , but no probs

Two packages, orders placed 26/08/2012, both received 10/09/2012. 10 working days. Standard delivery paid for. One arrived via Royal Mail the other via ParcelForce.

By my maths that has only been 5 working days

My best order time, I placed the order on a Sunday night, and it was delivered to my door on the Friday morning (this was about 4 years ago though).

 

My worst order time was about 3 weeks, with the delay at SAPO for 2 weeks.

 

I only use the normal free delivery method. These are the only 2 times I have bought from them.

You have to be more patient... I know it's hard, but work on 3 - 4 weeks. The delay is ALWAYS at our Postal Service / Customs.

Had 3 orders so far. 1st one took 3 weeks at Olymoics time, 2nd and 3rd 2weeks including weekends. That was with free postage option.

Ordered the 21st Sep ..picked it up at DHL city center 26th...paid vat via eft on 25th after they called and invoiced me ...Was in town at SARS which is opposite DHL ... :-)
