I see that this event has been moved to April now. Hopefully there will be a replacement race for it in February.

Not sure if it will attract the same numbers, a lot of cyclist use this, the Carnival and R4S as preparation for Argus.

They allegedly moved it to extend the racing calender into April. What the point of that was I dont know.

Cycle Lab website says Berg n Dale is on the 9th Feb 2013.

 

Then I think the Ride for Sight will be on the 17th Feb 2013.

Hi ryan < where on csa do you get next years calender ? If go to download calender i only found most of the races is mtb ? Please man want to work out which racer i can do as i work every second weekend .

Moved due to an ongoing row over who controls the race. A row between a club and the person they outsourced the running of the race to.

yea, real pity that the Emperors has moved. Most folks take a break after peaking at the argus, and its on the same weekend as the finish of the Lowveld Quest. I enjoyed that race, dont think its going to be possible next year.
