AndreZA Posted January 29, 2008 Share This morning at 6:30 I saw some guys using that stupid little single flashing LED on the rear of their bikes. You know, the ones Knog, ryder, Barbier, Sci'con and everybody is making. Guess what, they do not work. Firstly, you have to point them in the right direction to see it properly and secondly they are just too small. So any of you using them, please stop, they do not help. [/quote'] So, jsut becasue the sun is out you do not need to be pro-active regarding visibility? With my commute at 4:30 in the afternoon I have all my lights on, and a neon orrange and refelctive strip over my back pack. I just want to make sure I can ride tomorrow again. slowpoke Posted January 30, 2008 Share hmmm, morning ride started at 5am - i had my valve lights, my ryder at the back, my ryder headlight (which decided to break half-way), my knogs on the fork and i wore my neon yellow "vest"... like mampara i really would prefer to do as much as i can to alert cages to my existence - they only wake up at around 8-9am so the lights etc help to get their attention Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cois Posted January 30, 2008 Share Remeber the sun is going down at 18H59 today. Went down at 19H00 yesterday so the season took a turn.I agree I use most of my lights during the day as well. If you have to go to court you can at least say you used your lights and the phucker still took you out.
