X1 drivetrain, Pike RCT3, MOnarch Plus. Then just swop out my bling on my Stumpy for the not so bling on the Niner (brakes, wheelset, dropper), sell the Stumpy and I've got myself a pretty sick new steed. Still waaaaaaay too rich for me. Refuse to pay that for a bike. It's about the principal.
