Almost the exact alter ego of the Eroica SA Orange Explosion build we did for my youngest D. Good to have our excellent taste in crazy bright colour schemes confirmed.

I don't disagree that this is beautiful, but (as beauty id in the eye of the beholder) I don't like the balance of a lot of the newest mountain bike racers. The short slammed stem and very low bars are just too low against the very long and high seat and seatpost. It makes the bike look unbalanced (fast, I suppose?). If you let the seat down to about a maximum of 5 cm higher than the bars, it will look graceful and balanced.  Even just for the photo session. The trail and enduro bikes now generally look better balanced than the cross country and marathon racers. My 2c of biased opinion.

But an XC hardtail racer from 2002 probably wouldn't cost the same.
