usxorf Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 I'd be more worried about the avid brakes than the giant saddle . (Trance 29er 1 checking in) swopped in slx brakes, gobi, gripshift. BTW hectic chaindrop for some reason. Not sure if its a busted type2 mech.

I have managed to get the Avids working again... not my favourite but they work!I have also noticed quite a bit of chain drop actually, when putting on the power... With the crud weather we have had I havent really ridden it much yet

Got Dx pedals and tubeless conversion done - otherwise its stock - Full SLX, dropper post, mrp chainguide and Fox talas . Comes stock with 740 mm bars so no immediate upgrades needed. Cant wait for a gap in the rain to get the Reign out...
