Guys, I don't buy the "Froome bonk" story for a second. It will be a sad day for cycling if I am correct. If you have to do this to gain credibility and popularity. I hope Froome would have learnt his lesson yesterday, and doesn't recklessly attack for nothing. I think he really underestimated his opponents and he almost burn his fingers big time. He needs to wait for someone else to make the move and then track. Yesterday he burnt his energy unnecessarily.

 

Contador is definitely not the same rider as a couple of years back. The mountains was always his strength but he's been well off the pace and because of this, he's attacked on the descent which to be honest is not gonna get him anywhere. I fully expect Quintana to move ahead of him after todays stage.

hold your horse boerewors....he has been around the block a few times. I do agree that he won't put minutes into froome this way...but he gets a reaction, and that is what he is after...SKY was cool and calm yesterday...smart play...when bertie made a move. He might still have a few more aces up his sleeve
