sluiper Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 mines in my bike box. Ag, not again! I bought my tapir off Gumtree and it looks completely different! The guy assured me that they vary quite a bit and that this was a genuine tapir :/ Do any of you know if I can still use this "tapir"?

reteid Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 just a quick question.prob the pre race nerves causing this.i ride with gatorskins and conti 4000 combo.carrying extra tube and 2 bombs.is it necesary to takes patch and solution with?and do those glueless patches work?not worried about long term use just to get me to t2 .

You should be fine. I've used the glueless patches and they worked like a charm (IceToolz ones I got with my toolkit). Just stay out of the yellow line, usually lots and lots of glass
