Have I trained enough?Am I over-trained?Should I have bought an aero road helmet?Perhaps I need a bike fit?Is that a tickle in my throat?Carboloading?7 or 8 bar?Which goggles, what if the strap breaks on my race pair?Should I try that new nutritional product?Could Tim Noakes be right?Bunkers Hill isn't that bad is it?Should I really be trying new shoes after only 40km in them?Should I go harder on the bike than last year?One tube or two?One bomb or two?Should I have put new tyres on?Hope the airline doesn't smash my bikeAnd the list goes onDizzy Lizzy is driving and it taking my bike, she has space for 2 more.

davem Posted January 20, 2014 Posted January 20, 2014 Tip from the wise: When checking in at the airport, DO NOT ask the check in lady if your are allowed bombs in your bike bag. Refer to them as CO2 cannisters. She will say NO. You can buy at the Expo.

You can buy at the Expo.Man I remember the last time I flew and I though I had taken them off and they showed in the X Ray ... had to unpack everything right there and got escorted out of the airport to 'dispose' of them. ie throw them in the bin (outside of the building)
