We find that the www.yr.no.com is the most reliable of the lot.

But I agree the fisherman normally are spot on with there predictions.

Yet the accuracy about how big the fish actually were is never accurate? :whistling:

I believe it was 38 degs there today

Spend most of last night in the ER after getting food poisoning after eating out with my gf. 2 Hours sleep and landed and hour ago - it is cooking here.

Was on the plane with Jodie Swallow and James Cunnama :)

When the spuiting and poeping stops start drinking some electrolytes. Those Rehidrate sachet drinks work really well after food poisoning.

Arrived last night @22:00 after late start. For those from CT: the road is fine up to 20km past Grahamstown. Then it gets hairy with roadworks up to King Williamstown. Be careful there. It was very hot up to me arriving here (30+).

This morning was also hot. Temp gauge in car said 25, but 40km cycle and one lap of run felt more like 30. Very high humidity surprised me. This evening it cooled down nicely with some showers. My weather site says Sunday = same as today but with NE wind. Whatever...

After today I'm starting to think that this is going to be fun!

Solution - take the coastal (Port Alfred) Rd from PE to EL - never go via Grahamstown... much nicer drive anyway + you miss the roadworks

Helloooo

Just wandering how the race number works as I only have one, is that correct?

Do you only wear it for the run or do you have to wear it on the bike and then unpin it and put it on your running shirt?

Did anybody else do the training swim this morning? I feel a lot more confident about it after that apart from not being able to see any of the buoys.
