Brake cables cut to the correct lengths and swopped around to the 'proper' way, front on the right.

Lockout cable fitted.

Just put the front brake cable on the inside of the fork!

I originally wanted black but couldn't find one in 100mm length at a good price. Then i saw the red saddle and went for the stem to match, should complete the theme nicely. Everything but the stem, saddle and red in the frame is going to be black.

It really is going to be a great bike and its nice to have something different to everyone else you wont see 30 of these on the start line at the next event

Oh, these go faster valve caps and the decals on the Stan's rims have a bit of red too.

Dude, in how many locations are you building this bike?? One in the lounge, then bike shop, then workshop. I'm envious of your available work spaces! Oh, and the bike is looking awesome so far! Enjoy the build up!

Hahaha...! I'm pressed for space at home till i move at the end of the month, so i haven't been able to buy a proper work stand etc. Graham at Rietvlei/Cycle Hub has kindly offered to let me build it there using his tools n stand while he talks me through it. It's the 1st full build i'm tackling myself.

You ruined the build the instant you put a cluster on it.... start again and build it as a single speed... I think they will let you race world champs later in the year....
