I'm now afraid that in all my time here I could actually have been speaking to one person. For real? There are currently 486 identified duplicate accounts (i.e. 486 profiles which have one or more additional account), however the VAST majority are legit, e.g. people who have a separate account for business and personal, family members / colleagues sharing connections or devices and members who've accidentally created two accounts when registering (e.g. input the wrong email address on the first attempt).  Of the 486 I expect a very small percentage to be troublemakers, but overall the system is far more reliable than using IP addresses alone. I'd rather save my respect for the real heros of this world. I agree 100%. It is cheap, because it is an "anonymous/virtual" apology. The reason many things are said on a forum is because in is from behind a computer screen. Must of these comments are not take seriously because of such, and even though an apology is a good thing, it is much easier to simply write one from behind a screen than to actually just behave in the first place. This dude used the forum's anonymity to make trouble and is now using it again to gain respect? Double win for him! I am not saying he is not sorry, but was he sorry for it before he got banned?
