Planet X melt down

So i know myself and Pieter1 has been affected by this. My order was shipped on the 20th May according to them. Sent them mail and received this

 

Hey Everyone,

 

We have a confession…………….

 

Someone in the Planet X office has pushed the big red button with “DO NOT PUSH” written on it.

 

This has caused a crash in our system and we have deleted the email you sent us.

 

We have found the culprit and given them a good flogging and fixed our email system which is now up and working.

 

We know that we have solved lots issues this week but if we did not get round to your email before our email meltdown we are really sorry.

 

If you still have a query with us you can resend your original question and we will aim to get this sorted for you over the next working day.

 

Once again guys sorry we messed up on this one.

Have a feeling it is to do with that all recent items have been sent TNT post rather than TNT courier, as took almost 3 times as long to get here as previous items

Opps, and I was about to post a big praise to both Planet X and CRC on a couple of outstanding orders recently. Doh.

Try buy stuff from the USA, takes them a week to respond and now 2 weeks later I am still trying to place the order. It is fine if you just order online but if the item you want is not on their site and you need to ask them something they are very slow. Try ask a long question and you get a single word answer or a stupid answer.
