P.A.K. Posted July 13, 2013 Posted July 13, 2013 I thought it might be interesting to see how many hours per week Hubbers (claim to) cycle at the moment. No one can see who your vote so don't make it a pissing contest I guess most of us weekends warriors are less on the road during winter, but that shouldn't be an excuse

SyncSA Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 My time includes 2 hours Cadence training, a tempo session and then on the road time. If there is structure - riding 6 hours a week is easy. Mads 1
VicanZA Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 should this include time on the spinning bike or indoor trainer?
P.A.K. Posted July 15, 2013 Author Posted July 15, 2013 should this include time on the spinning bike or indoor trainer?Sure, if it is training, it counts
ruib Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 In winter I tend to do spinning classes and the odd race on the weekend.
Jaco-fiets Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 15,5 then.. Wow! Must be cool to have so much time for riding. You know that with this much time in the saddle there is no excuses for lagging fitness levels or poor form
Dogfish Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 at the moment about 8 hours a week, of which one is a longer 4-5 weekend ride.
Mojoman Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Short 1 hr rides after work and longer rides on weekends....roll on summer!
