Would rotor rings work on a mtb?

it is vile tasting stuff, but you would ONLY need to drink 1/2 a liter which if spread out over the day into say 3 or more servings would be more palatable...if your really desperate

Where does the 7.23 % improvement come from?

Apparently so, saw a link somewhere just yesterday about it...where is the question....does beet root juice also help the memory?

Dr Micele Ferrari? He might well be the guy that knows the most about the performance of cyclists and the enhancement thereoff. Interesting read. Did I understand the "between the lines" text correctly: Namely that it isn't natural to be that skinny from dieting and exercise only?

"Just like Froome, Farah, as well as for the outstanding performances, impresses for the ghastly, unhealthy thinness.

Achieved how...? Only with a particularly strict diet?

This is the question those who care about the physical and mental health of the athletes should try to answer to"

Yeah also noted that and not sure, problem is English is not the good Dr's first language and being Italian sometimes his comments are open to interpretation

IMO not referring to illegal methods or doping, but rather he is saying that its not healthy to be that thin and that not only doping can be dangerous but also dieting and exercising to the extremes that these guys are taking it, and perhaps the authorities need to look at that if they are truly concerned about the athletes health?

I must say I am a massive Froome fan but I have to say things are looking a bit dodgy.Forget the time going up the whole climb, the first 5 km Froome was in cruise mode with a slow pace been set.If you look at the final 15km and the last 6 km when he was really moving then:

Last 15.65km

Armstrong 2002: 48min 33sec

Froome 2013: 48min35sec

Last 6.15km

Pantani 2000 : 18min11sec

Froome2013: 17min41sec

BUT Froome rode 220km before the climb at an average of 47km/h.

You be the judge

ya but Froome has talent, was born at altitude and has a naturally high VO2 max whereas Armstrong is a self confessed bully and systematic doper. all your evidensse shows is that armstrong doped to find talent

Beetroot juice rocks.................

I scare myself shitless every time I take a pee in the morning after having had beetroot the night before. Half groggy and sleepy before my first cup of coffee, all I see is red and I panic.....until I'm awake enough to remember what I had for dinner. :D

It doesn't rock :cursing:
