This is maybe not the correct thread for something like this, but where can i buy a cannondale frame so i can build my own bike? Locally or overseas.

Thanks Guys

Need to be a bit more specific:

Road / Mountain

Which model?

New / used?

Thanks

Maybe other suggestions guys?

Any bike shop will be able to help with New frames.

They are imported by Omnico  (o-bike is the retail outlet of Omnico FYI)

So if you are looking for a frame new, the Local Bike Shop is the way to go.

Second hand, the Bikehub is obviously a good place to look.

Several FB pages that sells second hand stuff.

Gumtree?  Never tried myself though.

Awesome bike!

Would LOVE to have one like I need to save up a few years......sell a kidney and dump the wife and sell the kid.

Many happy miles.

I was told today by a bike shop that OMNICO suggests buying a new bike and not just the frame.

I was told my 6month old lefty 2.0 would not work (dunno why) my 3 month old CZero wheelset would need to be redished (okay granted) and my rear shock would not work (okay so thats changed with internal routing etc)

My biggest gripe is why would my lefty not work. This all seems to be bs marketing to sell more bikes

I am guessing here (this is what I do most of the time anyway) , but it might not be that it would not fit and still act like a shock, it might have something to do with the offset of the axel that has changed since the Lefty 2.0 and that would influence the handling - not in such a way that it does not work, but not optimal. (I told you I was guessing here)

Heard the new Lefty shocks and frames are now size specific on the Scalpel SI bikes?

So if you have a large frame, you need a size large sock specifically for size large frame - medium or small will not work - seems like there will be no spacers or something like that.

anybody knows if it is true?
