I'm touch and go on riding, got physio later and will go for a quick spin on the bike in the morning - got two small tears in my soleus (inner calf) that I am hoping will be 100% for mtb. T-man Posted September 12, 2013 Share I am looking forward to the Marathon..66,1km it looks like...Will not start as fast as last year..Had no legs for the last climb...So 1st 35km till after that nasty decent I will only go steady....Last year the wind killed me cause I was caught alone after the crazy decent...MAinly cause a lot of riders crashed on the decent and I opted to rather walk it down...I will walk it again..Only the last 20 meters or so...Ja ek weet eks bang...
