Currently standard 10 speed cassettes only go up till 36T. You can't go smaller than 11t with the standard freehub, hence stepped freehub of the XX1. doesn't mean you can't go bigger at the back.

And for me that is a heavy rider I need the 28 chainring and from my understanding the XO starts at 30. So yes, xx1 for sure.

Big H* Posted September 14, 2013 Posted September 14, 2013 Hoe did you do that? You release the quick release and remove the wheel, you take your chain tool and lockring spanner and remove the old cassette. You then fit all in the reverse order.
