Saw two guys snapping chains, one a the first small climb through the reeds and one at the steep incline at the last river crossing. Trust everyone enjoyed themselves, especially all the SS and rigids. Saw some familiar faces and also "hard to the core" trappers.....die wiele moet bly draai. In the spirit of the event as a fun experience, not worth ranting over anything. Even the weather played along as I look like a slightly nooked steak, the sun really did a number on my hide. Pieter1 Posted December 8, 2013 Share We passed through there this morning just before the race finished and judging from the numbers, it didn't look as busy as last year.It was not as busy as last year but I kind of liked it that way. Hats off to her for doing 18 laps, sadly we did not achieve our goal, but such is life.On the plus side I am nit as tired as what I would have been had we ridden hard to the end.
