Mileage Posted October 17, 2013 Posted October 17, 2013 Cascades is a cool ride. I was there a few weeks back over the long weekend and did the DH with a normal helmet. I think a full face is for when the speed and penalty for failure mean that your face will be removed if things go wrong.If you take it easaier like I did youll be fine with a normal helmet.
