In order of importance

1. Have fun on my bike

2. Travel to Norway and defend my Worlds Champs Title.

3. Win KZN Champs and KZN DH Series (hopefully no weddings get in the way like last year)

4. Do some exploring on my trail bike with my mates to find new trails in the Berg

5. Do the SA Cup event in Lesotho

Try things out of comfort zone:

Ride my first ROAD stage race - I'm more a dirt junkie.

Build my own bike - instead of buying off the shelf.

Do a 24 hour race...

But most importantly ride, havefun and stay safe.

Do my first Argus (sub 4 I hope)

Sub 3:30 at the 94.7

Spend more time on my SS in between and maybe do a few stage MTB races.

Stay healthy...

What they (GNT) told me in September this year that there is not enough time for them to organise Provincials for us.

In Jan we have to apply to go to SA's

Maybe after worlds there will be a GNT/CGT combined duathlon, but I doubt that it will happen.

No comment, I have my opinion on GNT, but will keep it to myself

It is a bit odd having SAs before Provincials...they had to fall in line with Worlds calendar though.

I really like Central Gauteng - they are badly understaffed but make up for it with energy and enthusiasm.

Is Andre involved in GN? He impresses me no end when it comes to ass kicking and event management.

Do my first Argus

Also want to do the Argus next year. I did not enter so I'm looking to join on of the charities.

I love my bike(s) both on and off the tar - I wish to continue the love affair into 2014

Do my first Argus (hoping for a sub 3:15)

Sub 7hr DC

Get better at singletrack and uphill switchbacks

Explore more of this beautiful country on my bike

Do a stage race (or two)

A few multisport goals thrown into the mix for some fun

uphill switchbacks

Arrgh ... my nemesis. Many a grazed palm or bleeding knee to show how much improvement is needed.
