This is just miff. Trying to understand his MO for holding onto the cash for a bit and then eventually sending the items.

That's also what I'd like to know, every time this guy does this a shitstorm blows up in his face, thehub mob brings out their pitchforks and then he appears to eventually cough up the goods?

 

Maybe he's selling stuff that he doesn't actual have and then only once it's sold he then has to steal it from somewhere before he can post it, (maybe dingos bike shop needs to do a stock take if he works there) which means he has to wait till the opportune moment to lift the stuff, which would also explain the bizarre wait for stuff you bought from him. Something like that going on or else the guys is missing a whole lot more than just a few brain cells.
