They say I've got to take it to the Agents to have replaced

If there is a posibblilty that (lotsa "b"'s there) that it could be a waranty claim then the agent must pay ! BUT it they fail to conme to the party the insurance broker has to cover it ALL !!

Who are the agents I have no slips or anything for the frame AND I am currently working in Afghanistan will be back the week of the Bela Bela To come back I will have to go straight to them and say please replace PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE
