Snytjie Posted January 13, 2015 Posted January 13, 2015 This thread has been very quiet this year.With two weeks to go how has the training gone? Mine has gone very well except for some ITB issues which I hope stays away on race day. I am taking it easy for the next two weeks with some short brick sessions my main focus. Only realised now how far in the back of my mind EL was shoved in favor of IMSA! Didn't think of it at all during the past few weeks despite it being only my 2nd trip to the East... I suppose swim and bike at IM pace to test/develop discipline, and run as fast as I can!
