How many kg have you dropped since cycling?

I was always around 60kg... did some weight training and gained an extra 4kg

Started cycling and after a year now I'm down to 55kg.

Now I'm trying gain maybe 2kg just to allow my clothes to fit better.

 

I'm short though... only 1.62 or around there.

How do you handle the cross winds? I'm on 62 and want to put on more weight - always feel so flimsy on the road

It gets hectic especially with the South Easter here in Cape Town. I think it's the same for everyone. The start of the Argus I saw a few big guys get blown over by the wind at the start but I managed to make it through fine :)

It could be that my bike isn't that light. I would say it's an entry level bike. Hope to get something lighter soon though.

Started cycling 3 years ago. 1.8m weighed 106. Dropped to 82kg. Now 85kg and back in the saddle after a 2 month layoff(very little cycling).

Slight variation on this thread... lost just under 3kg in one race... the Hakahana Marathon on Saturday. Sitting at around 80kgs.

Lost 2.6kg in last years Transkaroo 240km mtb.

I've weighed 68kg +- 2 or 3 kilos since university, so for the last 16 years. I wouldn't want to lose any weight due to exercise!

I'm 1.85m and dropped from 112kg to 83kg in less than 2 years. I'd like to get to a 77kg mark

Thanx a mil

Ja one thing i discovered with cycling very quickly is "weight does matter" So hence i want to get below the 80kg mark
