I'll be doing both the roots I posted for the race tonight just to see if I can make the 10km flat TT bit earlier

I always loose plenty of ground on the climbs. Think I am the kakkest climber on the hub!

:eek:  We should dice on the uphill, I bet you I can climb slower than you :ph34r:  :whistling:

Ok so I did both routes at a slow pace and did the hillclimb in 30min (177W) and the 10kg TT in 20min (160W).

 

So I think I will move the 10km TT from 7h50 to 7h40? What do you guys think?

I will join next week but I have to wear something like a tight corset (called a body binder!). That thing will pong like hell after a ride...

 

I am not sure what scares me more: finding out how crap I am or trying to breathe with that wet thing on.

Step 1 - deworm...

 

Step 2 - Use some Haemorroid cream....

 

Step 3 - do both concurrently...
