Spoke101 Posted July 14, 2014 Posted July 14, 2014 Hi my Name is Dave and im a CycleOps Virtual Training Addict.im 26 weigh 73kg and have an unknown FTP but guess its around 350w.Damm that's an impressive FTP 4.7w/kg, nearly at domestic Pro level. clearly we "boxing" in different categoriesOK we now know we need age, weight and drinking categories. Me 47y, 90kg and LOTS of beer. Down from 108kg when fat and 100kg when in good gym shape (until recently I could bench 2 of the smaller guys together). Remember to wave as you go by... As for me I'm the other end of the scale, Age 23, 59kg, 188cm, 300w FTP.
