I see the detail is in my training diary but the race results say i ahve a DNS?

When i finished last night the results even came up, told me i was 4th.

for windows 7 best is to get the ANT+ PowerBeam from R11 295.00

BLE will not work on windows 7, yet.

the ANT+ PowerBeam comes with the ANT+ USB stick so within 2min of unpacking you will be ready to go provided software is installed.

Question:

I already have a Cyclops Pro 300 Indoor spinning bike which I bought maybe 5 or 6 years ago and used to use plenty.... it seems to have the same or similar head unit as the powerbeam...

Do you know if this could be used for the online riding racing?

Just wondering because I prefer using my own bike and probably will try sell / trade in the 300 for a power beam.

I couldn't take part last night, so I watched the race. According to the VT software, you didn't pitch at the start.

Aarg how does this work then... I am missing the boat somewhere.

I was logged in and on my bike 10 minutes beofre the race was due to start at 19:00.

Nothing came up on the screen so when my watch said 19:00 i started to ride.

Where am i going wrong here, do i need to log into the online Virtual Training race as well as the software installed on my desktop?

I can't comment on the desktop version. Suggest you give the chaps at Bicycle Power (011 023 2777) a call.

The issue might be from where you go into the online races. If you click on the desktop icon it opens a window that has a start training choice at the top. Click on this and then online training (or something) the list with the races then pops up and if it is close enough to race you will have the choice of "enter race"

Correct. The Online Races tab on the web allows you to enter and remove yourself from a race. It is also where you can watch the race live. You can not take part in the race from this point.

To actually take part in the race, you have to go via the Start Training on the Desktop Software, then select Online Training. In the next page in the search box, I normally put my username in, it brings up the races you have entered. From there it should be self explanatory. Hope this helps/makes sense. (Jaco, sorry if I duplicated some of what you already said)

You OKES were strong, me not so much today, don't know what's happening but my watts are just dropping and I feel pap every ride, I don't feel sick or tired I'm just dying around 200watts ,,,every ride I seem to be taking more strain,,,,,WTFFFF ???

Dips, I have had my unit for almost 2 years. I battled for a long time, I know I only push out penlight battery power, but I was battling like hell. I sent Rouxtjie a pm 3/4 weeks back. Based on what he told me, I put 8 bar in my wheel. I then also selected the calibration option on the training pages. This made a big difference.

I am still ***, but I am not battling as much as before.

   oh my pressure is actually very low, i thought the main "trick" was to get the 2 click thing on adjustment, there must be a issue i am missing you simply dont "loose"40-60watts over a 3 week period
