Shot gents, actually seen Wonder Women... was pretty good I must say.

Thinking Baby Driver might be the one to go watch on the cinema - will just have to hold out until August 4 when it's released here - reviews seem very good

Agree, probably the best of the lot at the moment. Heard Dunkirk is also good but that would also depend on Andrew's wife, does not seem to be a standard date movie  ^_^

Dunkirks definitely not the missus cup of tea... looking forward to it though.

Did some movie watching on the plane.

Wilson with woody harrelson.. Fantastic dark comedy in true woody dark comedy style. Really enjoyed it.

Shut in with Naomi Watts.. Nice little thriller. Predictable scenes but still watchable

The space in between us... Good light entertainment with a bit of schmaltz

United kingdom...a great story because it's true.. But the movie was mediocre

Most of the time my views align with those of the critics and "overall reviews" - as stated earlier on the thread this time not. Lots of daft plot holes, would only recommend it if you are a fan of the series.

King Arthur: Legend of the Sword (2017). I REALLY enjoyed this. Unconventional story-telling, lots of action and humour, good actors, fantastic soundtrack. The special effects do get a little bit distracting but this was the first time in a while that I sat at the end of a 2-hour movie and wished it was longer. 8/10.

The David Fincher one is awesome. Have the three Swedish versions and found them a bit... slow Edited by Thor Buttox

Ah, I never saw the American versions. I read the books and then saw the original Swedish movies starring Michael Nyqvist and Noomi Rapace. Thought they were really good, albeit slow, like Thor Buttox said. I didn't mind them being slow, however, because I thought they did a such a great job of portraying the books.

I've heard the American ones are just as good, but after three books and three movies I just couldn't motivate myself to watch them. Maybe some day...

If you enjoyed the job Fincher did on Seven and Fight Club, give it a go.
