Eventually got around to watching The Man From U.N.C.L.E.
I quite enjoyed the subtle humour, but the storyline was lame.
I see there is another older movie with a similar name... Might give that a view too

I watched Solis last night..I rather enjoyed it.. also of course Anthony Hopkins is very good.. he does however creep me out a tad bit.

Point Break.

The 1991 version.

Being near 40 and becoming grumpier by the day, I flat out refuse to watch the remake.

Having not seen either, I will go out on a limb and say there is a 99% chance the original is better.

With all these remakes that show us Hollywood is at the bottom of the idea barrel, they usually are ***...

Oh my goodness thinking of those movies. .as a teen i used to spend a bit of time at the local skydiving club and on any given day one of these movies would be on.. Passenger 57, Point Break and of course Drop Zone. .

My eldest son did a movie night for his 14th bday when it was showing at the cinema.. even he said what rubbish so so bad.. even the effects were bad.. so there you go.

When the original came out Keanu Reeves was a big deal lol
