I found my bike and it is back in the country. It was in Mozambique. There is a big syndicate operating from there. I also found my friend's bike. They seem to have a network of eyes, marking the bikes then follow you, gather info from guards etc, and then figure out how to steal it.

 

It is not just random theft.

Scary that, Im pretty sure most stolen stuff heads straight to Moz with the proximity to Nelspruit. I know the two businesses I deal with in Nelspruit have a lot of trade with people coming out daily from Moz.
