I see on the website they state "Gain free access to Sun City & The Valley of Waves on the race day" is this just for the entrant or would my partner/GF also get free entry?

For the swim events the free entrance is normally restricted to the competitor only.... I have always had to pay for my son and wife to get into valley of the waves...I suspect its the same with this but I could be wrong

Doing road and MTB. I make a weekend out of it each year. I book at Vacation club. Just coming back from 2 weeks lay-off. I will bring up the back of the A-bunches. NB.NB; tie down your waterbottles - last year I lost both on railway tracks.

Any idea what time the MTB starts?
