tunariaan Posted August 25, 2014 Share Guys from personal experiece do you guys find a difference?currently a have a very broad Niner bar on my Sir and a rigid niner fork. I race my bike and I ride quite technical. .would a high end bar like Enve make a difference on the softness.Bumps ect doesnt really effect me but its always nice to play around with new stuff and ideas like you okes know. Wil6 Posted August 25, 2014 Share I had a Loaded Al bar on my SS and changed to a Carbon bar, I could immediately feel the difference. And it wasn't even a high end carbon bar. Bought it from Carbon Concepts. So yes, it will definitely make a difference

nolipoli Posted August 25, 2014 Share I have seen plenty of broken Alu bars over the years as well. It is probably important to get a good brand (never second hand!) Cois
tunariaan Posted August 25, 2014 Share I ride Enve on my geared bikebut I wont use that on my ss with a niner rigidThey are awesome and light and I got many miles out of them but theres a big difference with impact between a bike with a shock and a rigid.if enve makes downhill carbon bars I might look into them...unless you are a very very light rider
