Thank you for replacing my cracked Storm frame with a brand new 2015 model. Not only did you replace the frame but you also put in a brand new pressfit BB as the old frame had a screw in version. The frame being imported from Germany.I can truly say that this is a great bike. A true racer. I am proud of being associated with a brand such as Silverback. Mylolylo Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 They did the same for me when one of the lugs that hold the bottle cage in came out of the frame. dropped it off at the LBS and within two days I had a brand new frame. Awesome service! Cant wait to see their 2015 road bikes in stores soon!
