This must be the best and most unexpected service that I ever received from any Cycling store. I ordered a X9 SRAM Rear Derailleur that according to their system was in stock and paid for it. Received an e-mail a few minutes later informing me that this specific X9 derailleur was out of stock and will it be OK if they replace that with a XO Derailleur at no extra cost or di I want a refund. For those that don't know the XO is normally at double the X9 price in other retail stores

This is really fantastic service and I would recommend them to everybody for on-line shopping.

Received the package this morning with the XO - Thanks EVO for excellent service

Had the same issue with a front derailleur a couple of weeks back., Only one they had in stock was a top swing in xt and my customer wanted a slx one on his bike. Janos switched the two and got the xt one for no extra cost. Awsome service and on time always

I also received excellent service from Evobikes.  Ordered a few parts, one item was out of stock after it showed as being in stock on their system, normally this would upset me a bit, but the way the situation was handled by Janos was fantastic from constantly communicating what was happening to organizing the refund! I will definitely be making use of them again.

I don't mean to rain on the parade and i am sure they deliver excellent service so this may only be a minor glitch. I inquired via their website about a bottom bracket for my Rotor cranks. Has been quite a few days and no response so far.

It might help if you quote his post to make sure he gets your message otherwise unless he is constantly checking the thread he will never see it. :whistling:
