Should we not start a P.T.W (Professional Time Wasters) list, for guys that waste your time when you advertise an item. I Am sure that a lot of these guys have nothing better to do, than to contact you and make you a offer, and when you reply you never hear from them again. They make you a offer, you accept and they just don't reply. Creating a list, we will know who are the time wasters....

No the rating system is there to rate someone when they sell to you or actually buy from you..this is for the guys that waste your time by using your ad as an encyclopedia, to extract information from what you sell..or what ever reason..

And yet it will still work. Rate them negatively, if they make an offer they start a transaction, simple as that.

not every one is rational,reasonable, and some people just dont have realistic expectations when there are goods exchanged for cash, some people waste time some people are cautious, the way the hub HANGS people before the juiry is out, i thinks we may as well just give out members names for the list, 

and yes i got a few names i would add, but you got to SMILE AND WAVE sometimes

 

i was harrassed by a one post wonder for weeks once for a ad that i deleted because i was just getting stoopid questions/requests
