Prevents you taking "extras" and teaches you to pack properly.11 ltrs is fine just add a bar roll, frame pack - not my choice, and keep your back pack as light as possible. As Freak said, 5kg on your back the whole day will slay you properly. Larger and then trying to compress does not necessarily work due to the compression straps having to work from a different position (if you get what I mean)

Plan to be making a couple of my own though.Just get it. Seriously, you will thank me later.

So, if you want one ( and having seen Sepia's one) they look brilliant, get the local one. The price is good and they still had it yesterday.
