Could be the race winning move, if all the other guys sleep he could open a gap that never gets closed. Could go the other way and a better rested rider blasts past zombies at the death.

it's not unprecedented to go through the second night. I know it's on tar and they have full backup, but the pinnacle of riding with no sleep must be RAAM.

These okes seriously skimp and wouldnt blink at don't munga on no sleep.

I follow RAAM and Tour divide.. Its all about experience and Prep. I am sure these guys have prepped as much as they can but that experience bit is the toughie!

Cant wait to see this unfold!

Well the farm stop does not appear to have helped. They are still heading towards Victoria West. What would the best options be. Withdraw from the race, ride the short route to Loxton and complete the original route but not in the running for any placing or prize money?

wonder if the lost trio will hit Victoria West and go "oh f#$@"

Just imagine..when they see the VICTORIA WEST 10 km signboard(with bullet holes) ...if they haven't already seen one

Unless they keep heading to the R63 and cut across there.. would be a logical choice

That's what I meant by "short route." But by not re-joining the route where they left it (as per the posted rules) they are effectively out of the race other than now just being along for the ride.

well rafeeq has hit the n12....time will tell

Eish my Epic Partner, looks like he was going to take the R63 but he turned around. it must be demoralizing, I'll probably call it quits right there.
