The best service of any online store I've bought from. They're entirely legit and sponsor quite a few events and riders. They do good things for the gravity side of the sport in SA. Andrew Backstrom is a Hub member too.

i bought some 5.10's from them.  i'm hardly ever home so mail order isn't an option, so they brought the shoes to my LBS so that I could pick it up on a saturday and pay with credit card at the lbs.  no upfront transfer etc. and same price as advertised.  i thought that was pretty nice
